Biography:

Sherri L. Sutton has been an employee for local government in Louisville Kentucky for over twenty years serving as a Customer Relations Specialist. Her position allows her to communicate with Infrastructure Supervisors, Inspectors, Utility Crew leaders and workers who work for the water, sewer, gas & electrical, and property valuation offices.

Sherri knows which questions “first-time buyers” need to ask, and more importantly where to go to get the answers. Consequently, she developed BeforeYouAcquire.com to help first-time buyers and real estate investors.
